Every piece of jewelry is finalized based on your specific size and length requirements. Since metal weight varies depending on variables such as ring size or pendant length, we provide dimensions in millimeters (mm) and centimeters (cm) to help you visualize the scale, rather than a standardized gram weight.

5. What is your Return and Exchange policy?

Every TOUCHE NYC piece undergoes a rigorous technical inspection and quality control process before shipment. To maintain our strict hygiene and security standards—and to guarantee that every client receives a brand-new, pristine piece of jewelry—we do not accept returns or exchanges.

6. How do I ensure I order the correct ring size?

It is critical that you provide an accurate ring size at the time of purchase. Because our jewelry is crafted with high-precision engineering, any resizing required due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer will be subject to additional service fees and shipping costs. For fully bespoke commissions—pieces designed and crafted from the ground up—the timeline typically ranges from 2 to 6 weeks. 9. Does the ring design change based on my finger size?

Yes, the aesthetic appearance of a design is directly linked to the finger size. Our rings are crafted based on standard proportions; therefore, for non-standard sizes (extremely small or large), it is not possible to achieve the exact visual balance shown in the product photos. While we strive to maintain the design's integrity, please be aware that unavoidable visual differences will occur due to the scaling of the technical structure.
